43rd Annual EUROBANKING Meeting 2015

The 43rd Annual Eurobanking Meeting 2015 will be held from 31st May to 3rd June 2015 in Prague, Czech Republic.The meeting is being organized by DOLIN, s.r.o. (executive head of the company has already organized the Annual Eurobanking Meeting Prague 2000) in close cooperation with: CRIF- Czech Credit Bureau, ŠKODA AUTO, ŠKODA AUTO University, University of Economics Prague and International Chamber of Commerce Czech Republic- ICC. 

Eurobanking is a non-profit working group established with the aim to exchange experience, knowledge and best practices among practitioners from the European banks on operational research and analytic techniques applied in banking. The group was set up in 1975 in Brussels as the European Working Group on Operational Research in Banking, namely as one of the EURO working groups (EWG), at the first EURO conference. The group was a part of the Association of European Operational Research Societies within the International Federation of Operational Research Societies (IFORS). Today Eurobanking is an independent working group. The purpose of Eurobanking is to provide a forum for exchange and discussions on ideas related to techniques, experience, philosophy of operational research, quantitative and analytic techniques applied in the banking industry. Eurobanking represents a forum for promoting wider understanding and social ties among operational research oriented professionals.

At the annual meetings about 30 papers are presented and discussed over three days in a number of workshops which also include special sessions devoted to broader strategic issues, opportunities and challenges facing European financial institutions today.
